He was predeceased by: his parents, William Puskas and Evelyn Puskas. He is survived by: his children, Kaene Puskas (Kasey) of Elyria, Katie Benesh of Vermilion, Kenneth W. Puskas, II (Morgan), Elizabeth Swim (Jacob) of San Diego, CA, Lorain, Stephanie White (Aaron) of Sulphur Springs, VA and Peggy Puskas of Sulphur Springs, VA; and his sister Missy. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; one great grandson.
