He was predeceased by: his parents, Miguel Caraballo and Leonor Santiago Caraballo; and his sister Martha Caraballo. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Natasha Gooch and Joshua Santiago; his grandchild Jaden McKenzie Harris; and his siblings, Maria Santiago Colon, Olga Demars, Miguel Santiago and Milta Torres.
In lieu of flowers or food, family prefers you to purchase a tree and plant it in Julio's memory. Any food donations will be donated to a local homeless shelter.
