She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Pukas and Anna Pukas; and her brother Charles. She is survived by: her husband Edward Fedako; her daughters, Jacqueline and Marjorie Lackey (David); her granddaughter Julia Siwierka; and her sisters, Rose Cunningham (Tom) and Helene Pyland.
