She is survived by: her mother Betty Fluker (Tommy); her children, Jerome Fields Jr., Charles Ivey and JoeQuenda Ivey; and her siblings, Quanda Perry, Michelle Jones, Leanne Smith, Marilyn Smith (George), Joseph Ivey (Candance), James, Al Ivey (Michelle), William, Kelly Ivey (Pamela), Ricky Smith (Aldrenna), Micah Smith and Marlo Smith (Tristin). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and other loving family and friends.
