He was predeceased by: his parents, Sigmund and Elizabeth; and his brothers, Ernest of Elyria and Edward of Bellevue, Mich.. He is survived by: his wife Carol (Anderson); his daughters, Melanie Burger (Lee) of Medina and Shellie Hastings (Mike) of Elyria, Ohio; his grandchildren, Courtney (Keith), Morgan, Joey, Steven and Summer; his stepgranddaughter Abby (Adam); and his brother Raymond (Tina) of Apollo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
