He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Garsky and Helen Garsky; and his brother Richard. He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his children, Patricia Austin (Martin), Paul (Tina), Perry (Laura), Terry (Denise) and Todd (Irene); his grandchildren, Matthew, Marissa, Jeffrey, Joseph, Amanda, Kylie and Jake; his great grandchildren, Joshua and Avery; and his brother Paul (Janet).
