He was predeceased by: his wife Madge; his children, Glenda Ross, Nila Collins and Mark Collins; and his siblings, Ruth, Mary, James, Johnny, Raymond, Richard and Billy Collins.
He is survived by: his children, Melba Asbury (Rick) of Elyria, Lynette Westmorland of Elyria, Narelle Simmons (Chris) of Elyria, Suzanne Strosser (Steve) of Nevada, Stephen Collins (Karen) of Elyria, Rex Collins of Elyria, Nathan Collins (Pamela) of Elyria, Paul Collins (Joy) of Elyria, Michael Collins (Belinda) of Lorain and Jason Collins (Erika) of Florida. He is also survived by 35 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
