He is survived by: his wife Carol Babb (Parsons); his children, Dawn Adkins (Brian), John Babb Jr., Lisa White (John), Thomas Parker (Mary), Diana Hamrick and Michael Parker (Natasha); and his brothers, Rick and Fredrick Babb. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
