He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Fields Sr. and Martha Collins Fields. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Jean Fields; his children, Joseph Fields (Cindy) of Wellington, Jeffery Fields of Elyria and Brenda Wirth (Michael) of Lorain, Ohio; and his sisters, Linda (Emmil) of Spencer, Margaret of Lake Butler and Bridget (Danny) of Graham. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 5 beautiful great grandchildren.
