She was predeceased by: her husband Fred Farmer; her parents, Albert Neiding and Elnora Neiding; her stepfather Carl Neiding; and her siblings, Betty Welter, Don Sprague, Eugene "Gene" Sprague, Dick and James "Jim" Sprague.

She is survived by: her children, Cynthia "Cindy" Reinhardt (Walter King), Laurie Neuschaefer (Lance) and Milton "Mick" Farmer (Georgia); her siblings, Florence Dragovich, Thomas Sprague and Gene Neiding; and her caregiver Missy Rock. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.

In lieu of flowers family suggests those who wish may make donations in Janet's name to Crossroads Hospice and Palliative Care 9775 Rockside Rd. Suite 270, Valley View, OH 44125.
