He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cherven and Johanna Cherven (Drexler); and his brother-in-law Ronald Alaimo. He is survived by: his wife Sarah (Whitten); his daughter Stacy Richard (David); his grandchildren, Senior Airman Austin Wilson, Savanna Wilson, Sam Cherven, Kaitlyn Wilson, Michael Patterson and Alexis Losey; his siblings, Joan Alaimo, John (Janice) and Joseph (Judy); and also Cheri Losey (Joshua). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
