It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacqueline D. Adams of Elyria, Ohio, born in Mason, West Virginia, who passed away on June 2, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Cooney and Ruth Van Cooney; and her siblings, Eleanor Kauff, Esther Leach, Kathleen Van Cooney and Wilbur Van Cooney, Jr..

She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Adams and John Adams (Patricia); her grandson Dylan Adams; and her sister Nannie Fowler. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
