It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacob Buckey of Elyria, Ohio, born in Cambridge, Ohio, who passed away on March 27, 2021, at the age of 32, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Jeffrey Buckey. He is survived by: his wife Briana C.; his daughters, Jayla and Juliana; his mother Christine Buckey; his siblings, Jennifer Campbell (Jeremy), Josh Buckey (Jessica) and Jessica Jones (Jon); and his grandparents, Darwin, Alfretta Ellsworth, Larry Buckey and Barbara Hill (Don). He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews.

Covid-19 precautions will be observed, face masks are required.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to UH Seidman Cancer Center, 11100 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44106.
