He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Keffer and Edith Keffer; and his siblings, Eugene Keffer, JoAnn Clark, Ronald Keffer and Kenneth Keffer.
He is survived by: his wife Scharma; his daughters, Charmaine Payne (Keith) of Cincinnati and Christine Taylor (Wes) of Elyria; his grandsons, Justin, Timothy and Kyle Payne; his great grandchildren, Deacon, Grayson, Lydia, Calvin and Roman; and his sister Joyce Patterson of Colonial Hts. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family suggests flowers and/or donations be sent to Refuge Church.
