It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jack L. Moore of Elyria, Ohio, who passed away on March 4, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel L. Moore and Sylvia M. Moore; and his sister Norene Hoover. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Colleen Turrill of Elyria, Meghan Herron (David) of Wellington and Jack Moore (Karen) of Columbia Station; his grandchildren, Alexis, Rory, Gavin, David and Emma; and his sister Betty Welch of Amherst.
Memorial Mass 10 AM Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at St. Mary Catholic Church 320 Middle Ave. Elyria, Ohio 44035, social distancing will be observed in the Funeral Home and Church.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests those who wish may make donations to the Wounded Warrior Project in Jack's name 600 River Rd. Suite 400, Pittsburgh, PA. 15212.
