She was predeceased by: her husband Pietro "Peter"; and her siblings, Rosa, Salvatore, Antonio, Domenico, Vincenzo, Cosimo and Leonardo.
She is survived by: her children, Kathie D'Agostino and Robert D'Agostino (Crystal); and her grandchildren, Justin, Alexa, Gabriella and Genevieve.
