He was predeceased by: his father Eddie Oliver Sr.; his stepfather Thomas E. Jackson Sr.; his grandparents, Adolph and Ivery Lee Fenn; his uncle Robert Lee Fenn; his aunt Jeanette Fenn-Cash; and his mother-in-law Sharon Thompson.
He is survived by: his brothers, Eddie Oliver Jr., Eddie Jackson of Kalamazoo Michigan, Thomas Jackson (Susanna) of Texas, Terry Jackson (Shanna) of Lorain and Timothy Clayton of Lorain; his children, Jasmin Sinegar (Brandon) of Elyria, Tyler Oliver of Elyria, Ian Oliver Jr. of Chardon, Nyonna Oliver of Detroit Michigan, Rylan Watson of Florida, Rhea Watson of Florida, Aaron White of Lorain, Ilyric Oliver and Kay'den Burrey of Columbus; his foster children, Chris Harrold of Ohio and Nick Harrold of Ohio; his grandchildren, Jeremiah Oliver, Braydin Sinegar and Emerson Heyde; and his children, Shannon Graham, Marjorie Oliver, Brittany Watson, Anechia Young, Kristen Burrey and Lisa Walraven.
