She was predeceased by: her sons, Roger and Michael; her parents, Michael Yourkvitch and Anna Yourkvitch; and her great grandchild Natalie Krohn.
She is survived by: her children, Martha Ann Haynes and Cliff Guthman (Cheree); and her grandchildren, Scott Krohn, Jason Krohn, Jennifer Daugs, Anthony Guthman and Taylor Guthman. She is also survived by 11 great- grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren.
