She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Gilson and Ruth Gilson; her husband Barry D. Lawson; her daughters, Gail Lawson and Rebecca Lawson; and her brother Lawrence Gilson.
She is survived by: her children, Keith Lawson (Jennifer) of Columbia Station, Christine Lawson of Elyria, Lynda Wilson (Greg) of North Mankato, MN, Jessica Camargo (Julio III) of North Ridgeville and Jordan Rooney (Brandon) of Olmsted Township; and her siblings, Ellen Kytic (late Paul), Elaine Peters (late Charles) and Donald Gilson.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Busch Funeral Home (114 2nd St, Elyria, OH 44035). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Chestnut Grove Cemetery (7777 Lewis Rd, Olmsted Falls, OH 44138).
