We are sad to announce that on August 9, 2023, at the age of 97, Helen E. Belcher of Elyria, Ohio, born in Princeton, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Clarence A.; her daughter Cathy Cropp; and her son-in-law Jim Hicks. She is survived by: her children, David (Georgia), Clarence Alvia, Jr. (Irene), Kenneth (Lori), Phillip Belcher and Carolyn Hicks. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; one step-grandchild; nine great grandchildren and two step-great grandchildren.
