He is survived by: his wife Patricia R.; his children, Deborah Burkhardt of Elyria and Jeffrey Hastwell (Cheryl) of North Royalton; his grandchildren, Jeffrey (Brittany), Kevin (Brittany Rasmussen) and Anna Hastwell; and his great grandchildren, Maria and Leo Hastwell.
