She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Shardae Gayle Gibbons; her sister Gloria Johnson; and her parents, Creola Johnson and Clarence Thomas. She is survived by: her daughter Michelle Gibbons; her grandchildren, Kordrick Gibbons Jr. and Nehemiah Jeffrey Duane Gibbons; her siblings, Brenda Jones (Willam), Gladys Johnson, Cornelius Johnson, Eddie Carl Johnson (Laurie), Arthur Johnson and Anthony Johnson (Tutrish); and her stepmother Linda Thomas. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
