She was predeceased by: her husband Cleveland M. Todd; her father Tommy Cummings; her grandmother Della Mae Brown; her siblings, Willie Milton, Eddie Oliver, Betty Jean Milton and Metra Milton; and her friend Johnnie May Howard.
She is survived by: her children, Della (Aaron), Grace R. Milton (James), Theresa Milton, Latrice Milton, James W. Milton and Donald Ray Milton (Latoya); her mother Ola B. of Elyria; her stepdaughter Cleatrice Furlough (Jay) of Michigan; her siblings, Brenda Milton, Phyllis of Washington, Aretha Cummings of Elyria, Deola Smith, Lula Lee Milton, Erondy of Elyria, William Cummings of Elyria, Tyrone of Chicago, ILL, Calvin Milton, Eddie Milton, Earl Davis and Syluster of Washington; her stepsisters, Brenda Gault, Pam Oliver and Jean Trice; and her friends, Fairer Ann Marsh and Deborah Golobich. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren.
