He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Burnett and Lucille Burnett; and his brother Ron. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his daughters, Kelly Santarelli (Pat) of Cape Coral, FL and Tracy Burnett of Lakewood, OH; and his sister Sandra Sanders of Elyria. He is also survived by dog companions, bird.
