He was predeceased by: his parents, Louie Turner and Daisy Turner of Ypsilanti, Michigan; his wife Shirley; and his siblings, Howard Turner and June DeVee.
He is survived by: his sons, Scott of Ashburn and Grant (Cathy) of Vermilion; his grandchildren, Sara Stacy (Josh), Zachary Turner (Lori), Lauren Turner (Paul Kimmey) and Erica White (Sean); his great grandchild Eleanor; and his caregiver Minerva.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Laubenthal Mercado Funeral Home (38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd, Elyria, OH 44035). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
