She is survived by: her children, Jeffery Meadows (Paula) of Elyria and Denise Meadows of Elyria; and her siblings, Wilma Workman of Carlisle, Phyliss Miller of Lorain and Garland Martin of New York. She is also survived by four grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
