He was predeceased by: his father George Thompson Sr. of Washington; his grandparents, Ellis "Buddy" and Jeanette Tarrant; and his aunts, Ezella Tarrant, Delores Butler and Alberta Kendricks.
He is survived by: his mother Retha Francis Thompson (Billy); his wife Artavia Smith; his children, Cameo Smith, Erika of Elyria, OH. and Shalonda Malone of Elyria, OH.; and his brothers, Gregory Thompson (Nikki) of New London, OH and Demond Thompson of Elyria, OH.. He is also survived by family members, friends, 3 nephews, 1 neice and 10 grandchildren.
