He is survived by: his children, Eric Quinn, Michael Quinn and Early Quinn; his siblings, Carolyn Arnold of Elyria, Sandra Kimbro of Elyria, Brenda Conley of Bronx, Veronica Cofield (Ernest) of Elyria, Constance Thomas of Elyria, Herbert C. Arnold Jr. of Elyria, Michael Arnold of Elyria and Joseph Gene Harvey of Elyria; and his grandchildren, Kayzah, Araelal and Xavier. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
