He is survived by: his parents, Art Fitz and Stacie Fitz; his siblings, Samantha Fitz (David Slagle), Jacob and Lucas Fitz (Elliot Fickling); and his grandmother Linda Gregory. He is also survived by aunts; uncles and cousins.

“I will miss Garrett very much. We would run into each on break, in Diiamond Products new parking lot. We laughed about a house that was falling apart , I would always ask him about buying it. They sort of cleaned it up & I told him now we needed to find another place. I guess it was between us & always seemed funny each time.
