She was predeceased by: her former husband Edward F. Kamp; and her husband David E. Smith. She is survived by: her stepsons, Larry R. Kamp of Boston and David A. Kamp; and her brother Lynn Meyers (Deborah) of Elyria. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Church of the Open Door, 43275 Telegraph Road, Elyria, OH 44035 .
