We are sad to announce that on December 9, 2024, at the age of 93, Floy B. Smith of Elyria, Ohio, born in Glenville, West Virginia passed away. She was predeceased by: her husband Levi R.; her siblings, Sonya Post, Madolene Diehl, Harriet Hall, Harlan, Albin and George Bailey; and her parents, Harlan Bailey and Lillian Bailey.
She is survived by: her sons, Kenton Smith (Sher) of Durham, NC, Bradford Smith (Anita) of Clinton, WA, Randall Smith (Christine) of Oberlin, Ted Smith (Nancy) of LaGrange and Daniel Smith of Elyria. She is also survived by three grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Elyria Friends Church (9300 W Ridge Rd, Elyria, OH 44035).
