He was predeceased by: his parents, Michajlo Pakush and Anna Pakush; and his sisters, Stefa Procyk and Maria Melnyk. He is survived by: his spouse Oksana; his children, Daria Jerrome (Scott), Myron (Irene) and Borys (Leslie); his grandchildren, Larissa, Matthew, Sonya Jerrome, Maksym and Natalia Pakush; his great grandchildren, Conner Jerrome and Jaxson Jerrome; and his sister Halyna Kuryletsh.
In lieu of flowers, family suggests memorial contributions to St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church or to the Cleveland Maidan Association (http://www.clevelandmaidan.info) whose mission is to procure, purchase and ship lifesaving medical equipment and humanitarian aid to Ukraine.
