He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Fannon and Thelma Fannon; his grandson Brandon David Newman; and his siblings, Alberta Campana, Irene Johnson, Mary Jett, Helen Slimm, Alonzo and Kenneth.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his daughter Susan Fannon of Elyria; and his granddaughter Brittany Newman-Davis.
