She is survived by: her children, Bella Medley and Linkin Gonzalez; her parents, Donna Crockett and Randy Katz; her grandmother Emily Bunner; and her siblings, Matthew Crockett (Danielle), Brooke Ash (Jimmy) and Ryan Crockett (Amber). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
