He was predeceased by: his parents, Olga B. Haywood and Edwin H. Haywood; and his brother Thomas P. Haywood. He is survived by: his wife Carol J.; his children, Janet H. Milkie (Gregg), Lynda L. Williams (Jim) and William E. "Rick" Haywood (Dawn Galang); his grandchildren, Jeff Milkie (Angela), Eric Milkie (Ariel), Matthew Williams (Kelsey), David Williams (Racheal Kimeu), Lindsay Haywood and Braeden Haywood; his great grandchild Vivian L. Milkie; and his friend Reverend David Kimberly (Patrick Nicolino).
