He is survived by: his wife Dawn; his children, Courtney Cadman (Michael), Chad Conrad (Ashley) and Casey Conrad (Jessica); his mother Pauline; and his sisters, Polly Allman (Virgil), Christine Conrad and Crystal Draper (John). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
