He is survived by: his wife Mary; his mother Magdalene; his children, Jeffrey (Brooke) of Avon, Jennifer (Scot) of Grafton and Douglas, Jr. of Lakewood; his grandchildren, Brynn, Landon, Bexley, Jack and Blake; and his brothers, Kenneth, Michael (Sarah), Brian (Kathy), Mark (Lori) and Bradford (Kim).
