He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Sr. Pinkerton and Virginia Pinkerton. He is survived by: his wife R. Lin; his children, Christian Pinkerton of Ohio, Donald Pinkerton III (Ronda) of Pocatello, Leslie Huft of Pocatello, Matthew Childers of Elyria and Jennifer Childers of Lagrange; and his brother Jerry Pinkerton. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
