He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Bellottie. He is survived by: his wife Dawn; his children, Jessica Munnich (Justin), Dave Niemeyer (Kristi), Mike Niemeyer (Tasha) and Joseph Bellottie; his grandchildren, Karli, Kaedence, Kaci, Brielle, Ryan, Jackson and Skylar; his mother Betty Brotherton; and his brothers, Richard, Kenneth and Kevin Bellottie.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Murray Ridge Center Community Employment 1091 Infirmary Rd. Elyria, OH. 44035.
