He was predeceased by: his son Mark Amato; and his siblings, Ralph Amato and Jerry Fire. He is survived by: his daughters, Toni Juska (Bill), Terri Amato and Suzanne Amato; his grandchildren, Carrissa Priest, Trishia Gaines, Ashley Amato (Roy), Nathan Spann (Jesselyn), Alexandria Zollinger (Ehrich) and Adrianna Amato (Ryan); his great grandchildren, Nolan, Ellie, Jesse, Angelic, Nolanie and Karoline; and his sister Linda George.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Busch Funeral Home (114 2nd St, Elyria, OH 44035). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
