He is survived by: his sister Barbara Ann; his son David; his granddaughter Parker; his wife Rosalind Ursem; his children, John Ursem of Vermilion, Michael Ursem (Tami) of Indiana, Cynthia Stallard (John) of Connecticut, Kathleen Fogarty (James) of New York, Laura Tawil (Jassen) of Lakewood, Emily Skutt (Mike) of Elyria and Julie Marchand (Dan) of Elyria; his grandsons, Jackson Fogarty and Oscar Stallard; his sisters, Kaia, Mila, Cora and Barbara Evans of Lorain; and his sisters-in-law, Dorothy Sykuta of Lorain and Carolyn Knapp (Dave) of Elyria. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
