He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Spieth. He is survived by: his wife Shelly M.; his children, Grant, Elizabeth and Hailey; his father Ralph A. Spieth; and his sisters, Irma Pritchett (Doug), Monica Klingshirn (Tony), Stacy Muc (Allan) and Debbie Johnson (Kevin). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
