Hower of Elyria, Ohio, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on August 6, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Jason Hower; his father Wilbur R. Hower; and his sister Mary Jane Ross. He is survived by: his wife Peggy A.; his son David Hower, Jr.; his mother Lorraine; and his brothers, Stanley (Bonnie) and Harry Hower (Calean).
