He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Caldwell and Ernestine Caldwell; and his siblings, Kevin Caldwell and Diane Blair. He is survived by: his wife Linda M.; and his sons, Seth J. Caldwell of Elyria and Matthew Caldwell of Vermilion.
