With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Christine Bates of Elyria, Ohio, who passed away on February 13, 2021 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Bates and Maxine Bates. She is survived by: her children, Cassaundra Stone of Elyria, Miranda Casteel of Elyria and Mariah Bates of Elyria; her grandchildren, Malakhi, Marayah, Maurice, Micah, Alina and Robinson; and her siblings, Cynthia Whelpley (David) of Elyria, Tamara Connell (Steve) of Elyria, Robert Bates (Nancy) of Olmsted Falls, OH, Thomas Bates (Carol) of Elyria, Daniel Bates (Andrea) of Elyria and William Bates (Sylvia). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family suggests that in lieu of flowers memorials be made to the family.
