She was predeceased by: her significant other Charles Millradt; her daughter-in-law Kristin O'Brien Wetzel; her parents, John Smith and Ada Smith; and her siblings, Howard, John, Miller, Virgil, Lloyd, Marshall, Donald, Laura, Shirley Ann, Helen Smith Kempf and Margaret Smith Price.
She is survived by: her son Mike Wetzel (Flavia Basaglia) of Elyria; her granddaughters, Alexandra of Portland, Katelyn of Bentonville and Francesca of Chicago; her son Bob (Mae); her granddaughters, Jessica and Deanna Wetzel; and her great grandchildren, Brian and Layton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
