In the vast expanse of eternity, Carolyn shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Carolyn farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her husband Richard. She is survived by: her children, Laurie McLaughlin (Gary), Toni Sue Swiney (Rick) and Mark Foglyano (Annie); and her sister Virginia Roig. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Laubenthal Mercado Funeral Home (38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd, Elyria, OH 44035). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
