We bid farewell to Carol L. Young of Elyria, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 30, 2024 at the age of 67. Carol touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though Carol may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Carol touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Sr. Flowers and Joan Flowers. She is survived by : her husband Jeff Young; her sons, Christopher Young (Nikki) of Elyria and Andrew Young (Christina) of Elyria; and her siblings, Judy Simpkins (Roger) of Elyria, Charles "Chuck" Flowers Jr. (Vicki) of Sheffield Lake, David Flowers (Jeannie) of Grafton and Alan Flowers (Lynn) of Elyria. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 3rd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Busch Funeral Home (114 2nd St, Elyria, OH 44035). A burial was held on Wednesday, July 3rd 2024 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Garfield Cemetery.
