He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Harper Ann-Miree Johnson; his sister Dorianne; and his parents, Robert O'Donnell and Mary Margaret "Mime" O'Donnell. He is survived by: his wife Jean; his children, Julie Mayfield (Kevin) of Amherst, Jo Harper of Tucson, Jason Barna, Christine O'Donnell (Kevin Mosby) of Elyria and Ryan O'Donnell (Nitzia Garza) of Somerset, Kentucky; and his siblings, Kevin O'Donnell (Cynthia), Maureen Hintz (Tom), Colleen Kralisz (Rick), Mari Cable (Jeff), Meg Boyer (Mark), Patrick O'Donnell, Kitty Stark (Steve), Tim O'Donnell (Stacey), Tom O'Donnell (Jill), Anne Lang (Doug) and Kerry McMillen (Scott). He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
