She was predeceased by: her parent Della Garrison (Hamilton); her husband Phillip W. Rowe; her son Mark J Hughes; her grandson Justin D. Hughes; her great grandchildren, Silas, Justin and Sofia Hughes; and her brothers, Gary E. Hamilton and Willie Hamilton.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda L Dunlap (Donnie) of Wyoming and Mike Norris (Becky) of New London, Ohio; her siblings, Janice Kiser of Sarasota Florida and Clyde Hamilton of Elyria Ohio; and her daughter-in-law Lynn Hughes of Vermilion. She is also survived by 7 Grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great granddaughter.
